I just placed an order - when will it ship?

We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping time: 5–7 business days (depending on location & product availability)

  • Tracking numbers are updated sane day on dispatch

If you haven’t received tracking after 7 business days, contact us at support@broshell.com.

I’m not in love with my order - can I return it? What if something is wrong?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your item arrives defective, damaged, or not working properly.

You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund

  • Include your name and order number inside the return package

Important: If your package is still in transit, please wait until it arrives before sending it back.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it ships with no penalty.

If the order has already been dispatched, simply wait for it to arrive and use our return system for a full refund.

I entered the wrong address - what should I do?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, email us immediately at support@broshell.com or reply to your order confirmation.

We can update your address within 24 hours of your purchase.
After 24 hours, the order may already be processed and we may be unable to change it.

Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to buyer error are not refundable.

How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers.

Average delivery times after dispatch:

  • USA: 5–7 business days

  • Canada / UK / AU: 5–7 business days

  • International: 6–12 business days

Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs controls in certain countries.
